Through the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System we have the following objectives:

• Satisfying the requirements of customers and consumers, taking care of the quality of the services provided and the safety of the products stored and sold.
  
  
• Providing safe, high-quality products and constantly attending to the needs and wishes of our customers.
  
  
• Compliance with legislative requirements, the Good Distribution Practice Guide and the Quality Management System implemented in the Prisum Healthcare company.
  
  
• Maintaining an internal environment in which the staff is aware of the importance of the individual contribution to the achievement of the company's objectives, by promoting collaboration and communication with and between employees.
  
  
• Understanding and mapping the skills of Prisum Healthcare employees in order to develop them - training program, promotion to higher positions, career plan.
  
  
• The passion with which we pursue our goals, the Inspiration we show in the choices we make and the Courage that characterizes us in assuming the responsibilities of each of us, are the necessary elements for a healthy growth that respects high standards of quality and integrity, with a positive impact on employees, society and the environment.
