2.4.1 Contractual relations with relatives or persons close to the company’s employees

The Company discourages its key position employees who may engage in contractual relationships on its behalf from entering into collaborations with relatives (blood relatives or by alliance) and/or with persons close to them, directly or through the companies that these persons own or represent.
